3-1-1 Super Awesome Call Center Training Webinar

Due to an expected increase in call volume, Evacuteers are requested to assist with taking 3-1-1 calls in the City Hall Call Center during both lower-level storms and prior to mandatory evacuations. Using an automated script and easy-to-follow software system, this training will walk you through the process of handling a variety of resident issues. During activation, you will report to City Hall for an 8-hour shift and report to an Evacuteer 3-1-1 Captain. 

Prerequisite: We ask that you complete your regular Evacuteer training, offered regularly throughout hurricane season. Check back on our events page to sign up for an upcoming training!
