311 Super Awesome Call Center Training Webinar

Due to an expected increase in call volume, Evacuteers are requested to assist with taking 311 calls in the City Hall Call Center during both lower-level storms and prior to mandatory evacuations. Using an automated script and easy-to-follow software system, this training will walk you through the process of handling a variety of resident issues. During activation, you will report to City Hall for an 8-hour shift and report to an Evacuteer 311 Captain. 

Prerequisite: We ask that you complete an introductory Evacuteer training session prior to attending this session.
