Due to an expected increase in call volume, Evacuteers are requested to assist with taking 3-1-1 calls in the City Hall Call Center during both lower-level storms and mandatory evacuations. Using an automated script and easy-to-follow software system, we will walk you through the process of handling a variety of resident issues. In the event of a 3-1-1 activation, you will be notified via phone/text/email to report to the City Hall Call Center for an 8-hour shift!
Prerequisite: We ask that you first complete an introductory Evacuteer training session. These are offered regularly throughout the year- check our events calendar to see the current schedule and sign up!
